My little brothers were dreaming a lot… My little brothers were dreaming a lot about Playstation 5 and I bought this PS5 for my brothers on their birthday. When I presented my gift they were screaming out in a house that other neighborhoods could hear us. I loved to see their sincere emotions. Everything was great but we had some troubles with installing it on TV and it was kind of hard to understand the instructions. The price of playstation and quality are really insane. My little brothers were really happy and there are a lot of games that work perfectly and bring more emotions into the house. Thank you very much again Sony!

Sony is NOT Helpful !! I bought the Sony Headphone Sony WH-1000XM5 on August 01, 2023. I wanted to register the product with Sony. The Serial Number of the Headphone is: S01-6977348-U. Sony puts the Model Number at an inaccessible Place, inside the Headphone ear piece, which you have to pry open to locate the Model Number. That is, you have to actually rip the fine delicate leather part that covers your ears!! I paid close to $400 for this Headphone. After great difficulty, I managed to locate the Model Number: YY-2954. Yes, that is what it says on the Headphone!! The Registration Page on the sony.com website will not accept this Model Number!! Dear Sony, please help!!!!

Cannot believe such horrible service… Cannot believe such horrible service from a supposedly reputable company. One week past the "expected" ship date. Reached out to customer service via chat. They are unable to cancel the order. They are unable to answer when I should receive it or if I will receive it. They said I should hear from a "specialist" within 2 days! Three days later, still haven't heard anything from anyone. Would never order from electronics.sony.com again. Awful customer service.

"Bluetooth second device connected"… "Bluetooth second device connected" "bluetooth connected" "poweroff" "poweron" so stupidly loud notifications by so stupid developers. Why not just make the volume of notifications controllable or same as the one set on a device the headphones are connected. It would be safe to assume that this is some type of grand scheme to defean people by these stupid companies.

Appalling Customer Service. Appalling Customer Service. Ordered Sony wf-1000xm4 headphones online. Courier refused to deliver to street address and returned to Sony warehouse. Numerous emails and telephone calls over multiple weeks to have product re-shipped unanswered. Sony has my money and my headphones and will not provide any information on either refund or if/how/when product will be re-shipped. Regret not purchasing from Bose or Apple, who both have excellent customer service, couriers and products. My advice would be to avoid Sony at all costs. They have lost me as a customer forever.
