AZOnly PlayStation has been left as a decent product from Sony I remember when this company was a leader in the technological world, having a wide assortment of high-quality products. Unfortunately, they couldn’t keep pace with development with their competitors. Today I would only buy a PlayStation or a TV from the Sony brand. Maybe this is the company's policy, to concentrate on a few products and make them the number one in the world. I don’t know much about their marketing, but even if it’s true, they start losing the battle even on the TVs. There are many other cheaper brands with the same quality. As I said in the title, only the PlayStation has been left as a decent product.

AUDO NOT BUY FROM SONY DO NOT BUY FROM SONY We purchased a TV online. When we plugged it in it was cracked on the inside, the outer screen is perfect, not a scratch or anything on it. We did not damage the TV and I think it was a packaging or delivery issue. Sony were quite rude and blamed me saying it is "consistent of being a physical damage in nature" After reading so many reviews the same it is clear Sony is selling cheap faulty garbage. So please do not waste your money.

DEMy little brothers were dreaming a lot… My little brothers were dreaming a lot about Playstation 5 and I bought this PS5 for my brothers on their birthday. When I presented my gift they were screaming out in a house that other neighborhoods could hear us. I loved to see their sincere emotions. Everything was great but we had some troubles with installing it on TV and it was kind of hard to understand the instructions. The price of playstation and quality are really insane. My little brothers were really happy and there are a lot of games that work perfectly and bring more emotions into the house. Thank you very much again Sony!

AUAppalling Customer Service. Appalling Customer Service. Ordered Sony wf-1000xm4 headphones online. Courier refused to deliver to street address and returned to Sony warehouse. Numerous emails and telephone calls over multiple weeks to have product re-shipped unanswered. Sony has my money and my headphones and will not provide any information on either refund or if/how/when product will be re-shipped. Regret not purchasing from Bose or Apple, who both have excellent customer service, couriers and products. My advice would be to avoid Sony at all costs. They have lost me as a customer forever.

AUNever buy any sort of headphones at… Never buy any sort of headphones at Sony. The customer service is terrible and they will blame it on customer induced damage if it every faults, even if you’ve been using the the correct way. They will refuse to refund you a product even when it’s within warranty and find a way to blame it on you. They have expensive prices for poor build quality which breaks in under a year and instead of refunding, they will tell you they’ll give you $50 off if you want a new one which is not even a fraction of the cost for an item that will just break again.
