USCannot believe such horrible service… Cannot believe such horrible service from a supposedly reputable company. One week past the "expected" ship date. Reached out to customer service via chat. They are unable to cancel the order. They are unable to answer when I should receive it or if I will receive it. They said I should hear from a "specialist" within 2 days! Three days later, still haven't heard anything from anyone. Would never order from electronics.sony.com again. Awful customer service.

AUAppalling Customer Service. Appalling Customer Service. Ordered Sony wf-1000xm4 headphones online. Courier refused to deliver to street address and returned to Sony warehouse. Numerous emails and telephone calls over multiple weeks to have product re-shipped unanswered. Sony has my money and my headphones and will not provide any information on either refund or if/how/when product will be re-shipped. Regret not purchasing from Bose or Apple, who both have excellent customer service, couriers and products. My advice would be to avoid Sony at all costs. They have lost me as a customer forever.

GBSHABBY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SHABBY CORPORATION Shocking customer service from SONY CORP for well known defective product e.g. HT-MT500 soundbar. Advised me to pay £33.60 for inspection by Authorised Sony Repair Centre knowing that the PCB required for repair was no longer available and inspection fee could not be credited against a repair as advised. Then was offered £100 buyback on soundbar system purchased 3 years ago for £445. LAST PURCHASE OF ANYTHING SONY FOR ME.

USSony anything is trash because the… Sony anything is trash because the company belongs in a dumpster. Its time for the old geezers to retire and make better judgment calls. Banning cyberpunk from Playstation because you couldn't get on board with the vision and then saying how bad the game was, Ha! The games awesome and you just made yourselves look irresponsible once again.

AUNo customer service to speak of. Can understand frustration of people giving single star for Sony Customer service. Am sure many would give zero stars if possible. Purchased game via my Sony account . Was billed immediately but game did not appear in my library. Contacted customer service but have not had any useful help in over 2 weeks since purchase. Asked Paypal to step in and because Sony did not reply to them was awarded a refund. Within minutes my Sony account was suspended even though they were at fault. Intersesting to see if can get account unsuspended.
