CAFaulse advertise for SD card Exchange I tried to exchange my faulty Tough sd cards that they advertise will exchange for free. But that is a lie, they will ask you for proof of purchase, beside a fact that they did not ask in description of program. They tooo big to lie to their loyal customers!

AUNo customer service to speak of. Can understand frustration of people giving single star for Sony Customer service. Am sure many would give zero stars if possible. Purchased game via my Sony account . Was billed immediately but game did not appear in my library. Contacted customer service but have not had any useful help in over 2 weeks since purchase. Asked Paypal to step in and because Sony did not reply to them was awarded a refund. Within minutes my Sony account was suspended even though they were at fault. Intersesting to see if can get account unsuspended.

GBI could probably have written directly… I could probably have written directly to playstation 5 but we gottta acknowledge the technology behind it. The console is obviously a beast, heavy-weight world champion in terms of gameconsoles as acknowledged it by many gamers around the world. and sony is the mastermind behind it. Sony has really upped their ante and found their niche in this sector and they have been making huge developments in the past years. If you've ever played spider man or demons souls on PS5, you could literally feel the non-existent loading times, really fast ssd, haptic feedback, all the technical amenities developed by sony. They are ALREADY at places but I think that's not the end of their story, in five to ten years, we will see a completely different, disrupted industry thanks to pioneers and innovators like sony that brings very competitive taste to the landscape.

AUNever buy any sort of headphones at… Never buy any sort of headphones at Sony. The customer service is terrible and they will blame it on customer induced damage if it every faults, even if you’ve been using the the correct way. They will refuse to refund you a product even when it’s within warranty and find a way to blame it on you. They have expensive prices for poor build quality which breaks in under a year and instead of refunding, they will tell you they’ll give you $50 off if you want a new one which is not even a fraction of the cost for an item that will just break again.

CAI purchased my first Sony TV I purchased my first Sony TV. Bravia 65 Inch. Didn't last 6 months. Warranty service has been playing me for 3 weeks and counting. Every 3 days I send pictures, then 3 days later another response from Sony asking for the same ones. The number given to call is not Sony but a call center with no answers or abilities to give a contact to actually communicate with Sony. After 3 weeks I tell the call center I have proof Sony received the pictures, and within 2min the agent confirms it. Going on week 4 now with the call center telling me that I'm going to be contacted by Sony, and surprise. Nothing. I've seeing horrible reviews about Sony Bravia 65inch tvs. Will never purchase another Sony TV again, and will be sure to let all friends and family know about this ongoing experience with Sony Warranty service.
