USThe plastic part of the microphone… The plastic part of the microphone broke on a pair of Turtle Beach gaming headphones I bought my son for $160. I disassemble the headset to find I spent $160 on about $1 worth of thin plastic, cheap circuit boards, and terrible soldering. The few small screws the headset had were stripped out, most of the headset is snap together and held together with glue. In my honest opinion this is the lowest quality electronic I have ever disassembled to this point in my life. Not sure if this is the standard of electronics these days but I wouldn't pay $5 for another pair of these brand new.

USDisappointing product, great customer service So the product was disappointing because it stopped working after 10 days. But the customer service was fantastic. Very helpful. Made doing the return as painless as possible and received the refund earlier than expected.

USTurtle Beach Customer Service is Top Notch My Turtle Beach headset broke, so I contacted their customer service. They sent me easy instructions to fix it. When that didn't work, they sent me a new headset in just two days! Because of their helpfulness, I'll definitely buy from them again.
