My Turtle Beach Flight One control… My Turtle Beach Flight One control worked perfectly until an update to MSFS that affected it’s performance. Turtle Beach support still responded to my issues quickly and professionally doing all they could to help. I could not have asked for better support. Roy was great!

Excellent service and easy to deal… Excellent service and easy to deal with. Contacted them and explained the issues I was having with the headset transmitte and detailed what steps I had taken to troubleshoot. Rex their service tech asked me a couple other quick questions in and email and shortly after a new transmitter was shipped. Emails to confirm shipment as well. About as smooth or a warranty process for a great customer experience.

Phenomenal Customer service I had a 600 GEN two headset that developed a crack above the left ear. I reached out to Turtle Beach because my warranty with the retailer I purchased it from was expired by about two months. They did not hesitate and offering a courtesy replacement. I shipped my damaged headset to them, within two weeks I had a new one. I will forever and always use Turtle Beach.

The plastic part of the microphone… The plastic part of the microphone broke on a pair of Turtle Beach gaming headphones I bought my son for $160. I disassemble the headset to find I spent $160 on about $1 worth of thin plastic, cheap circuit boards, and terrible soldering. The few small screws the headset had were stripped out, most of the headset is snap together and held together with glue. In my honest opinion this is the lowest quality electronic I have ever disassembled to this point in my life. Not sure if this is the standard of electronics these days but I wouldn't pay $5 for another pair of these brand new.

Excellent customer service!! I brought the P12 wireless headset and it's amazing. A really great product and great sound. Unfortunately the headset started emitting loud white noise. I contacted Turtle Beach as the product was still in warranty and they swiftly sent me a new one. Excellent service.
