A replacement item arrived within a few days. Very happy with the service. I'm also happy with the Velocity One Flight Yoke and Throttle Quadrant. It makes the simulator all that more injoyable.

GBExcellent customer service!! I brought the P12 wireless headset and it's amazing. A really great product and great sound. Unfortunately the headset started emitting loud white noise. I contacted Turtle Beach as the product was still in warranty and they swiftly sent me a new one. Excellent service.
