USIt broke but they fixed it Not sure what happened but something going up inside the yoke and it became totally unusable. I contacted support and they sent me a prepaid label to ship the old device back and 2 days afterwards I found the new device sitting on my porch. Great service guys!

USThe ease of the warranty process was… The ease of the warranty process was nice enough for a full-time employee and a full-time parent. The process allowed me to take my time to grab all of the data, set up the photos and attach all of that to an email.

USAmazing customer service Amazing customer service. Replaced my headset after the extending band had snapped when I went to put my headset on. Turtle beach promptly replied to my email and replaced my product, even after warranty!! An amazing company all around, they definitely take care of their customers.

USGreat Service I was impressed with the timely response to my request for warranty repair or replacement. RMA sent quickly as was the response when you received my item. A replacement item arrived within a few days. Very happy with the service. I'm also happy with the Velocity One Flight Yoke and Throttle Quadrant. It makes the simulator all that more injoyable.
