GBGood customer service Convenient, pretty easy to use service. What is actually outstanding is the customer service. I’ve had to reach out twice with small issues and both times were solved quickly and easily. Once over email, and another time using the chat feature. GBAwesome tech support! Just needed some tech support as I hadn't used my device in awhile. They answered the online chat within a minute and I was connected to Diana. She was excellent in helping me via chat to get my device working. Going to be traveling more now that Covid is behind us and will be using my GlocalMe more.
