GBExcellent Customer Service: Fast and Focused⦠I had a little trouble having my iPhone talk with the new G4 Pro from GlocalMe. My iPhone recognized the network but couldn't connect. G4 Pro had a way to connect with Tech Support, and Elain helped solve my problem within 5 minutes, even while a GlocalMe device upgrade was happening. I'm not a techie at all, but I was able to follow setup and get this device working well, with Elain's quick support, in little time. I'm road testing this in Singapore and Japan, but so far it seems to work great - faster service than my cellular service!

GBFarro was wonderful Farro's customer service was wonderful (the product itself, I'm not so certain). During my last work travel experience, I had an issue with my Duo Turbo where the physical SIM card stopped working, despite still having data. I wanted to test the hotspot before my next work trip and Farro set me up with 8GB of North America data for me to try my hotspots to ensure they were working. So far the hotspots work excellently with the data purchased from GlocalMe and have not worked all that well using a physical SIM card.... I'm hoping this next work trip goes more smoothly!

BRGreat service Great service, always chat available.. Diana and Farro are the best! The other agents sometimes not willing to help or give us wrong information.. Technical support need to understand that sometimes error occurs and we let us down.. I use also Skyroam so I have both experiences ..

GBAwesome tech support! Just needed some tech support as I hadn't used my device in awhile. They answered the online chat within a minute and I was connected to Diana. She was excellent in helping me via chat to get my device working. Going to be traveling more now that Covid is behind us and will be using my GlocalMe more. Love the device and especially the great customer service they provide!
