Ive encountered multiple issues with the data in this company and everytime i reach out, the support is not as helpful as i much i expect considering how expensive their devices are for a hotspot. Now, today ive had multiple issues and reach out to their customer service and came across Diana. Diana was the first agent that really went to find a solution for my issue. I accidentally activated a new device with the wrong account but Diana helped me internally with the transfer of the included data balance to the correct account. Customer service on the road, though not much needed, has always been fast and efficient.
