Glocalme service is excellent, plus the portable wifi has a strong signal when i was in Australia. We used 5 devices and never had a problem with the connections, even my husband was impressed how fast the wifi is...and their plans are cheaper than Solis.

Excellent Customer Service: Fast and Focused… I had a little trouble having my iPhone talk with the new G4 Pro from GlocalMe. My iPhone recognized the network but couldn't connect. G4 Pro had a way to connect with Tech Support, and Elain helped solve my problem within 5 minutes, even while a GlocalMe device upgrade was happening. I'm not a techie at all, but I was able to follow setup and get this device working well, with Elain's quick support, in little time. I'm road testing this in Singapore and Japan, but so far it seems to work great - faster service than my cellular service!
