Customer service on the road, though not much needed, has always been fast and efficient. Thanks Lucas for your speedy help while I was in Tokyo recently to correct a problem when my device, though still working, presented with a lock screen.

GBWorst internet company in the country Worst internet company in the country. I’ve had them all since I’ve lived all over the USA. The speeds were so slow it would buffer more than not. They refuse to have anyone come out to find out why they show speeds different from what my computer shows! When I lost money working from home using there services I cancelled with them. Than they charged me 370 dollars for leaving them onto my credit card they keep on file. They kept charging me randomly. I finally had to block them. They are not transparent and refuse to help. Worse experience with any internet company.

GBCustomer agent ELAINE is very helpful. Excellent service. Customer agent ELAINE is very knowledgeable and helpful. She didn't stop until my issues were solved. Glocalme service is excellent, plus the portable wifi has a strong signal when i was in Australia. We used 5 devices and never had a problem with the connections, even my husband was impressed how fast the wifi is...and their plans are cheaper than Solis.

I accidentally activated a new device with the wrong account but Diana helped me internally with the transfer of the included data balance to the correct account. Friendly, quickly & straight forward, as it should be.

GBFarro was wonderful Farro's customer service was wonderful (the product itself, I'm not so certain). During my last work travel experience, I had an issue with my Duo Turbo where the physical SIM card stopped working, despite still having data. I wanted to test the hotspot before my next work trip and Farro set me up with 8GB of North America data for me to try my hotspots to ensure they were working. So far the hotspots work excellently with the data purchased from GlocalMe and have not worked all that well using a physical SIM card.... I'm hoping this next work trip goes more smoothly!
