USFarro was wonderful Farro's customer service was wonderful (the product itself, I'm not so certain). During my last work travel experience, I had an issue with my Duo Turbo where the physical SIM card stopped working, despite still having data. I wanted to test the hotspot before my next work trip and Farro set me up with 8GB of North America data for me to try my hotspots to ensure they were working. So far the hotspots work excellently with the data purchased from GlocalMe and have not worked all that well using a physical SIM card.... I'm hoping this next work trip goes more smoothly!

USGreat Device and Customer Service I have been using this device for a few months now, and I absolutely love it. It come in handy when traveling. CA"Must Have" Travel Companion Since retiring, my wife and I are doing more traveling than ever...and GlocalMe goes with us wherever we go. Reliable service and it is much cheaper than paying for an extended cellphone plan. We have used it in North America, all over Europe and in the Islands. We have the Duo Turbo and the Sim card comes in handy where Glocal service isn't provided. It also serves as our cottage Wifi as service is not available in our area .

GBGreat service and tech support We have been using GlocalMe during our travels for 2 years to date, through Canada, the US, the UK and New Zealand. We have rarely experienced any problems but on the couple of occasions we have had difficulty connecting the online service has been quick, efficient and effective. Thanks to Elaine and the tech support for quickly solving our issues.

USAwesome tech support! Just needed some tech support as I hadn't used my device in awhile. They answered the online chat within a minute and I was connected to Diana. She was excellent in helping me via chat to get my device working. Going to be traveling more now that Covid is behind us and will be using my GlocalMe more. Love the device and especially the great customer service they provide!
