GBThis is my first time using this… This is my first time using this service. I was able to travel into 2 countries without loosing service and with consistency. My real concern was traveling into some areas with low Internet access. Not rural but close enough, I was able to keep the consistent level of internet access at all times! I was impressed. Will use this again on my next trips.

GBGreat Device and Customer Service I have been using this device for a few months now, and I absolutely love it. It come in handy when traveling. Whenever I reach out to support, I receive outstanding customer service without any delays. Farro was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. My issue was resolved in no time.

GBThe moblie wifi hot spot wont work and… The moblie wifi hot spot wont work and burned through the data plan every day we kept getting billing notices and we couldnt get and use out of the unit We used a Hippo last time and it worked GREAT all through Europe please dont buy this unit

GBExcellent Customer Support Excellent Customer Support! Diana helped me with corrections on my account to my data plan and did everything quickly and without any hesitation! It's great to have this Numen Air device for travel, but the great support that comes with it is also an unexpected plus!
