Great product and service Replaced an 8 year old mini-tower with an Intel NUC 13 Pro (which is an impressive little machine). Since this was a replacement for an older computer which died abruptly, I am greatly appreciative of SimplyNUC's quick order fulfillment. I had placed my order via chat/email late Friday, it shipped Monday, and was in my hands before noon on Tuesday. Nancy was super helpful answering my questions and assisting with my order. Will definitely buy from SimplyNUC again!

First unit Issues I plugged in, and started the Windows setup on the first computer, NUC13OXv9 7H00297 On the first restart, it failed to access the NVME card boot. I waited 5 minutes, then just pulled the power, waited 2 minutes, then it started up. This repeated itself after connecting to thee Domain, and restarting. Also, the fan is so loud that it is extremely annoying, and difficult to ignore. So far, only 1 out of 5 stars. Appears to be just as fast as the NUC13ANHi7 unit, with 64GB, which has no noticeable fan noise.

The Intel NUC 13 Extreme Kit is the best option I have found, it has all the options I need and more. The quality is very high, the noise is almost non-existent, I love this system and I can customize it to my liking without paying for parts that I am going to replace. “Simply NUC” worked great - I received my NUC in 4 business days.

Abi in the sales dept was terrific and kept me updated on the status. It did take longer than I expected, but again Abi's regular communication made up for it. She also explained they needed some last-minute testing on the unit to make sure it was 1000% ready for customers. I am very happy with the Moonstone computer and the purchase process.
