Great product and service Replaced an 8 year old mini-tower with an Intel NUC 13 Pro (which is an impressive little machine). Since this was a replacement for an older computer which died abruptly, I am greatly appreciative of SimplyNUC's quick order fulfillment. I had placed my order via chat/email late Friday, it shipped Monday, and was in my hands before noon on Tuesday. Nancy was super helpful answering my questions and assisting with my order. SimplyNUC is an excellent Intel NUC… SimplyNUC is an excellent Intel NUC vendor. Recently, I needed to replace my main work PC that has served me well over the past years. The newly released Intel NUC 13 Extreme Raptor Canyon caught my attention. And, after some search, SimplyNUC appeared to be the best source to purchase my new PC. SimplyNUC communicated well and delivered flawlessly.

They told me that there would be a delay, and it worked out great. They told me that there would be a delay when I placed my order. Abi in the sales dept was terrific and kept me updated on the status. It did take longer than I expected, but again Abi's regular communication made up for it. She also explained they needed some last-minute testing on the unit to make sure it was 1000% ready for customers. I am very happy with the Moonstone computer and the purchase process.
