Service like you'll get no where else . . . . Performing a full reset/restore is always a bit unnerving. Unanticipated events can occur. So it's important to have reliable and competent allies to get you over the hurdles. And as competent and reliable allies, Nancy and Alicia are as good as they get. I was up and running in barely a day. Considering some of the experiences I've had with other computer service providers - that is amazing. Great product (my NUC is nearly 5 years old!) and Great Service.

Great product and service Replaced an 8 year old mini-tower with an Intel NUC 13 Pro (which is an impressive little machine). Since this was a replacement for an older computer which died abruptly, I am greatly appreciative of SimplyNUC's quick order fulfillment. I had placed my order via chat/email late Friday, it shipped Monday, and was in my hands before noon on Tuesday. Nancy was super helpful answering my questions and assisting with my order. Easy to order. Friendly people. Fast startup. Once my web order was sent, the sales assistants kept me up to date on the status of my order. The unit arrived fully populated with memory and SSD. It has worked perfectly from startup. I'm impressed with the quiet operation and smaller form factor. I priced my Enthusiast at a local micro shop (barebones, with a basket of stuff to install). SimplyNuc's price with shipping was marginally a bit more but the ease of startup was worth it.

Love These NUCs Love these NUC kits (2nd one I've purchased in 4 years). I use it for productivity (software engineer). Small footprint, and with kit, can add on quality mem and disk easily. I don't game, so no opinion there. Intel's driver support and the build quality are top-notch and super-easy.
