Intel NUC Extreme Dragon Canyon i9 I worked with Abigail Ince to walk through a few questions, and to select/spec out my new machine. I ended up choosing the Intel NUC Extreme kit with the Dragon Canyon i9, 64GB of Memory, a 1TB SSD, and the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT. This thing is a DREAM to run. I actually use this for my work as a Cyber-Security Architect, and have it Dual Booted with Windows 10 LTSC 2022, and Kali Linux. Both OSes, and all my utilities, just flat-out FLY on this machine, and I couldn't be happier. :-)

Lead time excessive Lead time excessive. Was advised that lead time was 1-2 weeks but production is usually inside of the lead time…yeah, not so much. The only way that I knew anything after paying in full and the initial and only email was an email from FedEx notifying of a shipment coming. I have the computer so all is good but don’t expect communication.

Great product and service Orderd on 12/8, received a call shortly after I placed the order. Erik probed to find out the usage/purpose of the machine and, without any sales pitch, offered a better solution for my application. Even with a price adder, I understood his logic, and accepted his advice. He is the professional after all. The rest is history. Now the brass at my company will be looking for these Nuc units when we outgrow our HP prodesks. Nevertheless, even with the upgraded options, my unit arrived on the 16th, exactly as ordered, and exactly as described. What an awesome transaction. Thanks again Erik!
