Intel NUC Extreme Dragon Canyon i9 I worked with Abigail Ince to walk through a few questions, and to select/spec out my new machine. I ended up choosing the Intel NUC Extreme kit with the Dragon Canyon i9, 64GB of Memory, a 1TB SSD, and the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT. This thing is a DREAM to run. I actually use this for my work as a Cyber-Security Architect, and have it Dual Booted with Windows 10 LTSC 2022, and Kali Linux. Both OSes, and all my utilities, just flat-out FLY on this machine, and I couldn't be happier. :-)

They told me that there would be a delay, and it worked out great. They told me that there would be a delay when I placed my order. Abi in the sales dept was terrific and kept me updated on the status. It did take longer than I expected, but again Abi's regular communication made up for it. She also explained they needed some last-minute testing on the unit to make sure it was 1000% ready for customers. I am very happy with the Moonstone computer and the purchase process.

Service like you'll get no where else . . . . Performing a full reset/restore is always a bit unnerving. Unanticipated events can occur. So it's important to have reliable and competent allies to get you over the hurdles. And as competent and reliable allies, Nancy and Alicia are as good as they get. I was up and running in barely a day. Considering some of the experiences I've had with other computer service providers - that is amazing. Great product (my NUC is nearly 5 years old!) and Great Service.
