Erik probed to find out the usage/purpose of the machine and, without any sales pitch, offered a better solution for my application. Even with a price adder, I understood his logic, and accepted his advice. He is the professional after all. The rest is history. Now the brass at my company will be looking for these Nuc units when we outgrow our HP prodesks. Nevertheless, even with the upgraded options, my unit arrived on the 16th, exactly as ordered, and exactly as described. What an awesome transaction. Thanks again Erik!

They told me that there would be a delay, and it worked out great. They told me that there would be a delay when I placed my order. Abi in the sales dept was terrific and kept me updated on the status. It did take longer than I expected, but again Abi's regular communication made up for it. She also explained they needed some last-minute testing on the unit to make sure it was 1000% ready for customers. I am very happy with the Moonstone computer and the purchase process.

The quality is very high, the noise is almost non-existent, I love this system and I can customize it to my liking without paying for parts that I am going to replace. “Simply NUC” worked great - I received my NUC in 4 business days.

Love These NUCs Love these NUC kits (2nd one I've purchased in 4 years). I use it for productivity (software engineer). Small footprint, and with kit, can add on quality mem and disk easily. I don't game, so no opinion there. Intel's driver support and the build quality are top-notch and super-easy.
