There was a minor hiccup when I ordered with Linux installed, and apparently they didn’t have the image ready or something. But I was planning to wipe the drive myself anyway, so no big deal. They communicated well, changed the order to a different option, and gave free expedited shipping. Thanks!

They told me that there would be a delay, and it worked out great. They told me that there would be a delay when I placed my order. Abi in the sales dept was terrific and kept me updated on the status. It did take longer than I expected, but again Abi's regular communication made up for it. She also explained they needed some last-minute testing on the unit to make sure it was 1000% ready for customers. I am very happy with the Moonstone computer and the purchase process.
