Thank you Nancy! Also liked the follow-up emails to see how the delivery went (which was very quick) and how the computer was working. Going to really enjoy the computer with a "real" video card installed! Definitely a 5 star experience!

Great product and service Orderd on 12/8, received a call shortly after I placed the order. Erik probed to find out the usage/purpose of the machine and, without any sales pitch, offered a better solution for my application. Even with a price adder, I understood his logic, and accepted his advice. He is the professional after all. The rest is history. Now the brass at my company will be looking for these Nuc units when we outgrow our HP prodesks. Love These NUCs Love these NUC kits (2nd one I've purchased in 4 years). I use it for productivity (software engineer). Small footprint, and with kit, can add on quality mem and disk easily. I don't game, so no opinion there. Intel's driver support and the build quality are top-notch and super-easy.

Simply NUC reached out to me to establish a better understanding of what I was needing. We adjusted the order, the equipment came to my house and I could not be more pleased with the performance to date.

Lead time excessive Lead time excessive. Was advised that lead time was 1-2 weeks but production is usually inside of the lead time…yeah, not so much. The only way that I knew anything after paying in full and the initial and only email was an email from FedEx notifying of a shipment coming. I have the computer so all is good but don’t expect communication.
