I am on my second phone with these folks now, and setting up a new devise was streamlined and no hassles at all! They even send out a pocket constitution with every purchase! GBI can't tell if it's this service I can't tell if it's this service, but I miss important calls more often, that go straight to voicemail, and no number in the recent calls to be able to return calls to.. Otherwise, price is great, handles mostly like regular big name service, without the Blackrock, Vanguard, State Street influence.

They worked with me to get my former provider to release my phone number so I don't have to call all my business contacts and personnel contacts with a new number. Saved me hours if not days of work.
