They worked with me to get my former provider to release my phone number so I don't have to call all my business contacts and personnel contacts with a new number. Saved me hours if not days of work.

My rep was outstanding My rep was outstanding. He was helping me reactivate my service after using an overseas program. Swapping out the tiny Somm card was rmbaravingly difficult but he stuck with me during the process. He was my cheerleader and an expert in doing his end of the switch back.

Customer Service is very nice Any time I have needed assistance, customer service has been wonderful. I have had them call me back rather than hold the phone to my ear during the busy times but they have always came through.

There prices are the highest in the… There prices are the highest in the market! Ripping off those they claim to care about. I'm an American patriot but won't deal with any company using these words to rip off members. In the end they are using the same networks. So why would I pay double to them? I'd like to see how much money they give to support Americans? I didn't state I'm a customer I stated they're over priced what's complicated about that? Remove my review I'll post it elsewhere. So if my review of this company was positive would you be threatening me also?
