Nick was very helpful to our needs. Nick was able to help maintain my pricing. As I told Nick, it seems like we are using phones less and less and using TEAMS/Google Meet or other resources such as cell phones. So, keeping the price as low as possible is needed and he was able to keep the same pricing. Thank You

Customer Support Line was Subpar On hold times were a long and the customer service reps didn't understand what I was asking. I ended up asking my rep, who responded within minutes and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Support lines were not what I thought and was told they would be, but my rep is AWESOME!

Experience working with Lisa Deason. Experience working with Lisa Deason. Our firm was going to go live with a new phone system for our customer service department. The process started smooth, but gave way to a BUNCH of confusing issues and our agents jumbled the communication as to what was needed. EVEN SO, Lisa Deason remained patient with us and worked diligently to help us overcome each hurdle as it came about. She got us quick troubleshooting fixes and within a few days we were back on track and running at 100%. She really is a gem and I'm thankful she was there to help us.
