Customer Support Line was Subpar On hold times were a long and the customer service reps didn't understand what I was asking. I ended up asking my rep, who responded within minutes and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Support lines were not what I thought and was told they would be, but my rep is AWESOME!

Total scam! Do not buy! Sell Products you don’t need or want in a buried contract and promise you all the customer service in the world and when it’s needed, you get nothing and you can’t get out of your contract without paying for the whole thing. Total scam.

Recognizing Urgency Nick@CR understood our need to access the administrative side of our Nextiva phone system when our IT guy left suddenly. Observing the steps necessary to preserve our security he was able to also escalate or request and have us returned to our operations quickly.
