Maksym Maksym, the Project Manager was very patient with us as the customer had difficulty completing the LOA which extended the install cycle a few weeks. He was diligent to follow up without going overboard. He always had a great attitude. I'm hopeful if I get the other two restaurant locations with the same owner that Maksym could be our PM again.

First experience and set up! Everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Jermal was my first person to help me and he helped me get a plan that fit my budget. I am brand new starting a brand new business, so I don't have a lot of money right now. However, with this system, I will really impress my new clients! I know from this, my experience with any issues will be taken care of quickly!

Experience onboarding with Carra… Experience onboarding with Carra Scarbrough This onboarding team, but specifically Carra, was very easy and helpful. We have a small company of less than 15 people and this transition from phones to digital was key to the services we provide. The Nextiva team stayed in contact throughout the couple-week process and were helpful in accommodating our specific server and office needs.
