This company is amazing This company is amazing. Not only do I think their app is phenomenal but when I had an issue trying to change my master password and there being a glitch in the system preventing me from changing it. The people who helped me were efficient and quick in getting down to the underlying issue and having an answer and fix for me within the following days.

DLove Authenticator The assistance that Sharon gave through out chat was patient with me [not greatly computer savvy] and helpful. Initially the email from Dashlane about the change needed concerning an Authenticator [2FA] program was not helpful. I spent probably an hour or more on my Dashlane account trying to figure out how to make the change. It wasn't until I went to the chat with a Dashlane assistant in person [not Dashy] that I was finally able to get a resolution. Sharon went an extra mile to assist me!
