Quick Answers I was able to get connected to an agent and had my question answered very quickly.

Customer Service was understanding and quick I wanted Dashlane over other companies, but the site was not working well when I tried to sign up. I did not think my credit card when through as the site just kept spinning. Later in the day, I saw that i was charged, but I had already committed with another company. THe Customer Service person but very understanding and made sure to confirm with me that I needed a refund and was able to process my request. Kuddos to your Customer Service dept.
