GBDLove Authenticator The assistance that Sharon gave through out chat was patient with me [not greatly computer savvy] and helpful. Initially the email from Dashlane about the change needed concerning an Authenticator [2FA] program was not helpful. I spent probably an hour or more on my Dashlane account trying to figure out how to make the change. It wasn't until I went to the chat with a Dashlane assistant in person [not Dashy] that I was finally able to get a resolution. Sharon went an extra mile to assist me!

GBA successful chat While I hate not being able to have telephone support, this experience with Ric was just as good. Convincing the computer to turn me over to live chat was a different story, but in the end the issue was resolved.

GBGreat Experience with Dashlane, One Small Drawback I've had a great experience with Dashlane, which has excellent service and features like a straightforward interface. I'd give it five stars, but I'm leaving one out because they have switched to an annual-only subscription, which I find too pricey. If the cost isn't an issue for you, I recommend Dashlane.
