Not only do I think their app is phenomenal but when I had an issue trying to change my master password and there being a glitch in the system preventing me from changing it. The people who helped me were efficient and quick in getting down to the underlying issue and having an answer and fix for me within the following days.

GBLove the Dashlane App Love the Dashlane app. All my passwords held securely in one place and accessible from multiple devices. New, very strong passwords are generated by the app for other logins added. It’s also offers a lot more with VPN, Dark Web monitoring, and password health checking included in the premium version. If you’re still writing passwords down or using the same, insecure password across multiple logins, then you need Dashlane in your life. Try it for free first and see for yourself.

GBGreat app, expensive but worth it, watch out for sudden billing changes Dashlane is the best password and secure messages app I've ever found. It's not cheap, but it can be used just about everywhere. My rating is because Dashlane recently changed to annual billing only as opposed to once per month. All of a sudden, I was charged an annual plan ($80+). Support's answer was that I should have known because Dashlane sent emails and in-app messages. This never happened. When the answer to a support question is "we told you so" and my only other option is to stop using the app entirely, this is clearly not an ideal resolution. I understand support has nothing to do with the abrupt decision to change my options. My comments and rating are an overall assessment of this transition and the impossibility of any resolution other than "we told you so" when they didn't.

GBA successful chat While I hate not being able to have telephone support, this experience with Ric was just as good. Convincing the computer to turn me over to live chat was a different story, but in the end the issue was resolved.
