The overall process was kind of time consuming from start to finish since all communication was done through email (approximately one week) but the problem of 2FA and getting logged on with my new phone was resolved. Not only do I think their app is phenomenal but when I had an issue trying to change my master password and there being a glitch in the system preventing me from changing it. The people who helped me were efficient and quick in getting down to the underlying issue and having an answer and fix for me within the following days.
