GBGreat app, expensive but worth it, watch out for sudden billing changes Dashlane is the best password and secure messages app I've ever found. It's not cheap, but it can be used just about everywhere. My rating is because Dashlane recently changed to annual billing only as opposed to once per month. All of a sudden, I was charged an annual plan ($80+). Support's answer was that I should have known because Dashlane sent emails and in-app messages. This never happened. When the answer to a support question is "we told you so" and my only other option is to stop using the app entirely, this is clearly not an ideal resolution. I understand support has nothing to do with the abrupt decision to change my options. My comments and rating are an overall assessment of this transition and the impossibility of any resolution other than "we told you so" when they didn't.

ROMoney milkers After years of using it, I have to spend hours now to struggle moving all 2FA and with moving all the passwords to a new password manager because Dashlane noticed that in a month my price will go over 3 times higher and with the option to pay annually only. They said it's because they added things but since I got it there was nothing new beside about 2 things and none of them enhanced my experience in any way or even worked properly like paswordless. Their support didn't give any reasonable reason as well for such a big price change and answered the same as the automated chat. Old price for family plan: a bit over 2€/month New price: 89€/year

GBCustomer Service was understanding and quick I wanted Dashlane over other companies, but the site was not working well when I tried to sign up. I did not think my credit card when through as the site just kept spinning. Later in the day, I saw that i was charged, but I had already committed with another company. THe Customer Service person but very understanding and made sure to confirm with me that I needed a refund and was able to process my request. Kuddos to your Customer Service dept.

GBSatisfied Overall I am very satisfied with customer support and reaching out to me by email to fix the problem. The overall process was kind of time consuming from start to finish since all communication was done through email (approximately one week) but the problem of 2FA and getting logged on with my new phone was resolved. Thank you
