Great customer service and cell service that is affordable I got a new phone that only uses eSIM. Twigby is just starting to roll out eSIMs, so they are test-running a lot of this. There were some complications, but they worked on it continually despite closing soon, until it was fixed. It was a completely painless experience for me. Twigby and the people working for Twigby has always provided me with a pleasant experience, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for affordable cell service with friendly customer service.

I was just able to ask the Twigby rep and odd question and she was able to answer it in less than 2 minutes , beginning to end in chat. Amazing! Customer service means a lot to me. I set up a new service I set up a new service, and it wasn't activating. So I contacted customer service via chat online. The service agent (Aubrey) took a patient, but quick step by step approach while staying in touch constantly. Soon the service was activated and working just fine. Great customer service Great customer service. Fast, simple to understand, friendly and the internet chat is great. If you’re having problems with your phone it’s a no brainer to use the chat function on your tablet or pc. The coverage is just as good as my previous service and I live near allot of dead zones so that’s saying allot.
