GBI set up a new service I set up a new service, and it wasn't activating. So I contacted customer service via chat online. The service agent (Aubrey) took a patient, but quick step by step approach while staying in touch constantly. Soon the service was activated and working just fine. GBGreat customer service Great customer service. Fast, simple to understand, friendly and the internet chat is great. If you’re having problems with your phone it’s a no brainer to use the chat function on your tablet or pc. The coverage is just as good as my previous service and I live near allot of dead zones so that’s saying allot.
