Keyboard issues I opened a chat to get help with my phone that was acting strangely. I had trouble describing the issue, but the operator was able to understand my dilemma and offered solutions to correct the problem as well as future tips to help improve usage and battery life. Twigby is awesome at customer… Twigby is awesome at customer service.Had them years ago and now I'm back after having the worst customer service on the planet from Visible. I was just able to ask the Twigby rep and odd question and she was able to answer it in less than 2 minutes , beginning to end in chat. Amazing! Customer service means a lot to me. I need to know I can talk to a real person when I need to. No more 45 minute infuriating chats with a bot for me..Thank you Twigby!

Personable customer service Personable customer service. Reasonable prices. Great coverage in an area -Mobile falls flat. So happy my husband found this company. The rep even gave me a credit for the price difference when I switched plans even though it had just posted. Happy to be a Twigby customer.
