Another Satisfied Customer!! I have been a Twigby customer for several years and it has been a great experience. I started with a plan and after about a year asked and was able to switch to a more economical plan. Today I noticed that I could change to the 2GB plan for the same price I am paying for the 1GB plan. Annie was able to switch me over right away. Great customer service Great customer service. Fast, simple to understand, friendly and the internet chat is great. If you’re having problems with your phone it’s a no brainer to use the chat function on your tablet or pc. The coverage is just as good as my previous service and I live near allot of dead zones so that’s saying allot.
