USNo comment!! No comment!! On March 16,24. I use my phone to reach very important site one hour a day mon.thru Fri. I was told by these people that I was buying 5 Gig of data per month for $15, on 16th of month my speed was reduced to a level that I couldn't do any searches let alone pulling up a site. My charges are varying without notice. Pulled up their app try to buy additional data at 9 am on 16th of March, no option is available. Should you check other reviews you will know why No Comment was written. Everyone else had same problems. False advertising and short changing people for speed of services they already paid for.

USTWIGBY Delivers for me! Lost my debit card, got a new one, & forgot to update Twigby on my new payment method. My phone died, so I went to their website & chatted with Andy. Not only is Customer Service at Twigby WONDERFUL, Andy & the rest of the customer service team are the best at helping anyone out of a jam! They are very knowledgeable & also kind & caring, & their pricing is fabulous! I have told all my friends about the great services at Twigby. Stop sitting around crying about regular outages with other carriers at much higher prices. Make the move to the BEST phone company EVER! TWIGBY is Number One!

USThis company is nothing but a scam This company is nothing but a scam! The service is absolutely terrible to the point where you can't actually make or receive phone calls. When the phone is turned off you will still be "using date" as well as when it is connected to wifi, it still goes off data. The company makes it nearly impossible to cancel the account but will fraudulently charge you. Their system will pick and choose your payment method no matter what settings or accounts you have chosen yourself. When you bring their mistakes up to them, wrongfully being charged, or wrong accounts being charged, they have zero customer service skills and will refuse to help you. Despite having cancelled lines, you will still be charged for these lines. The phones work terribly and be careful because you may purchase a phone from them that is no longer connected to their network but you won't know that until you try to activate it so then you have to buy a second phone from them. They are nothing but a scam, this company is only here to take your money and commit fraud!!!

USTell ur customer service reps to start… Tell ur customer service reps to start treating there callers better. This kid that works for u has been giving my mother the run around about getting her a Sim card. I strongly suggest people rethink going forward with this company. Doesn't seem like they care about helping but hurting. Do better. 1 star is to much
