Harry resolved issue extremely quick Harry resolved issue extremely quick. Although I have no data with my plan, data needs to remain on to retain connection. All is good. Operator error. Relieved it was something simple since service has been perfect since becoming a subscriber. Harry was professional, courteous, friendly, accommodating and just downright helpful. Good guy, excellent rep.

Personable customer service Personable customer service. Reasonable prices. Great coverage in an area -Mobile falls flat. So happy my husband found this company. The rep even gave me a credit for the price difference when I switched plans even though it had just posted. Happy to be a Twigby customer.

TWIGBY Delivers for me! Lost my debit card, got a new one, & forgot to update Twigby on my new payment method. My phone died, so I went to their website & chatted with Andy. Not only is Customer Service at Twigby WONDERFUL, Andy & the rest of the customer service team are the best at helping anyone out of a jam! They are very knowledgeable & also kind & caring, & their pricing is fabulous! I have told all my friends about the great services at Twigby. Stop sitting around crying about regular outages with other carriers at much higher prices. Make the move to the BEST phone company EVER! TWIGBY is Number One!

I set up a new service I set up a new service, and it wasn't activating. So I contacted customer service via chat online. The service agent (Aubrey) took a patient, but quick step by step approach while staying in touch constantly. Soon the service was activated and working just fine. So, thanks twigby and thanks Aubrey.

Tell ur customer service reps to start… Tell ur customer service reps to start treating there callers better. This kid that works for u has been giving my mother the run around about getting her a Sim card. I strongly suggest people rethink going forward with this company. Doesn't seem like they care about helping but hurting. Do better. 1 star is to much
