GBMy purchase is my 4th Rome Tech case My purchase is my 4th Rome Tech case. 4 different phones over time and each time the Rome Tech case fits my phone. It really is that simple. the case is built to fit the phone and it performs it's designed function. While other companies try to add in bells and whistles that seem more appealing, (like a POS screen protector that actually interferes with operating the phone) those bells and whistles make for a poorly designed, excessively expensive case

GBThe person on the tech desk was polite… The person on the tech desk was polite and respectful. She realized they had a problem with the product and immediately sent me a new one. The product is excellent and really protects my phone. The replacement has some glue applied to hold the pin in place where the original did not have this. I think it will last this time.

GBSPLENDIFEROUSLY AWESOME!! I was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were in warranty -ing my cell case.. I was preparing for a lengthy battle of words. I was wrong... They were friendly and cooperative.. They replaced my broken cell case in one email.. They only asked for my address. I have other fones I will be buying cases from them from now on.. I will be buying another new cell with a new Rome case with holster.. Their cases are attractive and ergonomic. Thank you Rome for helping me..
