GBSPLENDIFEROUSLY AWESOME!! I was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were in warranty -ing my cell case.. I was preparing for a lengthy battle of words. I was wrong... They were friendly and cooperative.. They replaced my broken cell case in one email.. They only asked for my address. I have other fones I will be buying cases from them from now on.. I will be buying another new cell with a new Rome case with holster.. Their cases are attractive and ergonomic. Thank you Rome for helping me..

GBYour customer service is great! Your customer service is great! A piece broke off my case. I contacted customer service and received an email back very quickly and had a replacement sent to my home within a couple days. Also I received a perfect fitting case for my phone.

GBThere and back again, a battery’s tale I was looking for a replacement real-time-clock (RTC) battery for my Toshiba portege z835 and ordered a battery. When the battery came, the connector didn’t fit the existing connector. The website said z935 and I got the impression from other websites that z935 and z835 used the same RTC battery. I contacted customer support to see if either myself or the company made a mistake. I sent pictures of the battery with some caliper measurements of the connector plug, and they were able to find a compatible replacement. I was able to replace the battery and get rid of my bios boot error. Kudos to Rome for breathing new life into my old laptop and for working with me to find a replacement. You may have better luck sending a picture of your battery first to customer support before you buy if your exact model isn’t labeled in their site.
