Late delivery…Bad quality -F Took 3 weeks for international delivery and then asked for more money to expedite! Also had to pay delivery charges since they didnt oay so costs double. Plus bad euality!!! Will not recommend !!

Well I didn't like the video that… Well I didn't like the video that showed the wrong phone being used being put into a case that was labeled a different phone so that is deceptive so I can only imagine from there.

Your customer service is great! Your customer service is great! A piece broke off my case. I contacted customer service and received an email back very quickly and had a replacement sent to my home within a couple days. Also I received a perfect fitting case for my phone.

The person on the tech desk was polite… The person on the tech desk was polite and respectful. She realized they had a problem with the product and immediately sent me a new one. The product is excellent and really protects my phone. The replacement has some glue applied to hold the pin in place where the original did not have this. I think it will last this time.
