Rometech is an amazing company Rometech is an amazing company, not only did I make an initial purchase thru Amazon but I have called back because I keep breaking my clip(my own fault), and they have accommodated me every time. Great customer service.

Awesome customer service I have had to call twice and both times was due to my own mishaps and they are very accommodating, once I received a complimentary warranty on a clip that I broke, and the second they gave me a great deal on additional. I highly recommend Rometech.

Rome Tech called me to get feedback on… Rome Tech called me to get feedback on their new Google Fold belt holster, since I was an early purchaser. I felt this showed exceptional customer service. I hope they make a few modifications to the holster and case to make it a truly functional product.

Late delivery…Bad quality -F Took 3 weeks for international delivery and then asked for more money to expedite! Also had to pay delivery charges since they didnt oay so costs double. Plus bad euality!!! Will not recommend !!

SPLENDIFEROUSLY AWESOME!! I was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were in warranty -ing my cell case.. I was preparing for a lengthy battle of words. I was wrong... They were friendly and cooperative.. They replaced my broken cell case in one email.. They only asked for my address. I have other fones I will be buying cases from them from now on.. I will be buying another new cell with a new Rome case with holster.. Their cases are attractive and ergonomic. Thank you Rome for helping me..
