FII mistakenly ordered the wrong battery… I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery (X1 Carbon Gen3 instead of X1 Carbon Tablet Gen 3), a simple mistake that could have happened to anyway. The customer service was really excellent and prompt and gave me a refund as well.. really going the extra mile. I know where to get my unusual / odd batteries next time :) Thanks fella's. Iain.
