They contacted me via email to… They contacted me via email to double-check my laptop model number after I placed an order for a CMOS battery with them, in order to ensure that the correct battery was sent to me. The battery arrived on schedule, and the agent's email response time was prompt.

Really pleasant customer service After received product (small CMOS battery) had little bit different connector, they generously offered a few different solutions. They offered to send correct new product but also another faster solution. After a little wait overlapping holiday season, they sent me the correct battery and I happily received it unexpectedly fast. (Faster solution was also very clever and useful.)

Recently made great customer service a purchase that arrived… Recently made a purchase that arrived as a mistaken item. I then received above and beyond communications from Rome Tech ( several pleasant, unsolicited and sincere inquiries regarding how to correct the issue). Five stars for customer service !! … which sadly fails a lot these days
