My installer Lance was awesome My installer Lance was awesome. Took his time to explain everything. Set me up a nice easy password to remember went through everything and just an all-around nice guy so far I have been very happy with rise broadband.

A little late, but excellent service. The installer had a hard time finding my address (which is not surprising because GPS often misdirects people to my remote location). He was SO polite (Kris Pickett) and apologized for not arriving during the exact window that had been anticipated. When he got here, he went straight to work locating the best location for my receiver, installed it, and made sure that my devices were activated and online before leaving.

Slightly deceitful Was told to expect 30-40mbps instead of the 50mbps we pay for instead receive 6mbps to the router. We only have 2 options in our area and both can barely run a tv.
