Since we moved and really needed internet service Julie in the Sales Team was able to reschedule our service for the next week - THANK YOU!!

Not getting what I paid for. Not even close Did not get complete information at install. Only getting right around 15% of the download speed I'm paying for. Have not been able to get this fixed. No urgency whatsoever on rise to help me. Dan at customer service has been great but he's getting no help.
