N/Av Matthew and Jacobi (sp?) were very nice, efficient and complete, and they added an extra connection box so we could run the cable between buildings. Also appreciate the text messages letting us know they were on their way. So far pleased with the new service.

Customer service was great and… Customer service was great and friendly. Install had to reschedule 3 times which cost me time off from work. They always apologized and tried to be as flexible as possible on the new date and time. Finally, a tech from Kansas came to Iowa to install my dish. Another occasion involved a 3+ hour tech call about modem issues. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy. He tried so hard to help me with my problem.

Perfect Solution!! I had tried for several months to find an Internet company to install internet in my barn. No luck until I called Big Dog who recommended Rise Broadband. The appt was scheduled for the following day. The tec was on time and did a great install. It was just what I needed and it is working perfectly. I wished I had know about Rise 2 months ago!!!

Happy Rise Broadband Customer Tim was my installer and he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the process and did a quick set up and answered my questions. Julie was the one that set up the appointment and scheduled my installation. She was awesome so helpful and accommodating. Talking to her on the phone was like talking to a friend.

When scheduling new service online for… When scheduling new service online for our new house, I thought I was scheduled for the upcoming week but when I rechecked it our schedule was for 2 weeks later. Since we moved and really needed internet service Julie in the Sales Team was able to reschedule our service for the next week - THANK YOU!!
