GBGreat, friendly and efficient service! Ms. Masters listened to my issue (temporary need to shut down the 5 GHz channel on my eero mesh network to connect security camera), called a colleague who could perform the temporary shutdown which only Simply Bits could do, and stayed on the line until her colleague reported shutdown successful. I was able to connect the security camera and the 5 GHz channel restarted 15 minutes after the shutdown as promised. On top of that, Ms. Masters called me back later (as she said she would) to confirm everything had worked out OK for me.

GBI am trying to cancel my internet… I am trying to cancel my internet service. It is the most intermittent and slow internet I have used since dial-up back in the 90s!!! After 4 phone calls and sitting on hold for an hour…finally get a call back. After giving the rep. my info he tells me he can’t cancel my service, and someone will get back to me shortly….right! I guess I am gonna have to call my bank and tell them not to allow auto payments for Simply Bits. Worst customer service ever!

GBI’ve used Simply Bits’ family plan for… I’ve used Simply Bits’ family plan for about 10 years. The wi fi cuts out quite often, but usually not for long periods. It’s just frustrating when it does. I’ve been trying to reach their billing dept so I can change payment method. It never used to be this difficult to reach them. I haven’t had to call for any reason for probably 5 years. They have an option for customer service to call you, but you can’t do much while you’re waiting so you don’t miss the call.

GBSimply Bits came promptly to install… Simply Bits came promptly to install service, technician Donny was thorough, helpful and extremely competent. My system is working well--two computers, two tvs, 2 cell phones and some small devices. We were able to speak to people when we called, to check on progress, etc. In other words, we had service!!! we were not just trying to glean info from an unhelpful machine.
