GBAfter waiting for at least 15+ minutes… After waiting for at least 15+ minutes the support person said she could not reset the modem because our router was not Simply Bits. We have trouble setting up our computer and smart TV and was working with Google support because it’s their router. Their suggestion was to have the modem reset. So our internet, except to our iPhone, doesn’t work and we can’t get help from you.

GBSuzette was EXCELLENT helping to solve… Suzette was EXCELLENT helping to solve issue with TV hookups. She listened to my issue and made a very reasonable suggestion to fix- don't use the same WiFi name ... TVs were stuck on the prior name and password. TV Customer Service didnt suggest that.... THANKS Suzette! Installation went very well.. VERY happy with SP so far !

GBI like Simply Bits because … The… I like Simply Bits because … The administrative office has a real live human being who is a native-English language speaker rather than a robot. The installer came exactly when scheduled; conferred with me about the best location for the inside equipment; the outside equipment, the power source and the necessary connecting wires. He worked quickly and efficiently and left behind no mess. This is the second time I have used Simply Bits and find them far superior to every single one of my prior internet service providers.

GBJason was very professional in his… Jason was very professional in his presentation by his mannerism and working on my roof. But unfortunately, we couldn't make the connection. I live in Swan Lake Estates that another resident is proud to be your customer. I'm towards the back of out Swan Lak Adult Community - Manufacture homes. Too many trees in-between not able to connect. If you ever get a higher reach please contact me because my friend loves your service. I need help.

GBI felt a need to have written… I felt a need to have written instructions re: set up of the system. I was without internet for 2 days after installation because I did not know how to proceed. I am pretty sure that I will like the service once I "feel it out", but initially, I was ready to forget the whole thing and look for something else!
