Great, friendly and efficient service! Ms. Masters listened to my issue (temporary need to shut down the 5 GHz channel on my eero mesh network to connect security camera), called a colleague who could perform the temporary shutdown which only Simply Bits could do, and stayed on the line until her colleague reported shutdown successful. I was able to connect the security camera and the 5 GHz channel restarted 15 minutes after the shutdown as promised. On top of that, Ms. Masters called me back later (as she said she would) to confirm everything had worked out OK for me.

No call to install. I never got a call to schedule installation. I since had to leave town for a week or so so I may be paying for nothing. So far, so very good Website makes it easy to request installation for the Mbps rate you want. Their phone rep quickly arranged it, plus called me again to resolve some odd bug-a-boos concerning my specific situation. And the installer was prompt, courteous, and careful.
