She listened to my issue and made a very reasonable suggestion to fix- don't use the same WiFi name ... TVs were stuck on the prior name and password. TV Customer Service didnt suggest that.... THANKS Suzette! Installation went very well.. VERY happy with SP so far !

GBToday was my first appointment with a… Today we had two excellent installers come out and install our new antenna and modem. Donnie and Justin were gentlemen and got us going with three times the band width of Bluespan, same price and no contract. Thank you, Simply Bits Today was my first appointment with a Simply Bits salesperson name Shaun. So far, my experience couldn't be better. Shaun was calm, clear, authentic and friendly. My install will happen within the next ten days. If everything goes like today, I'll be a very happy customer.

GBI’ve used Simply Bits’ family plan for… I’ve used Simply Bits’ family plan for about 10 years. The wi fi cuts out quite often, but usually not for long periods. It’s just frustrating when it does. I’ve been trying to reach their billing dept so I can change payment method. It never used to be this difficult to reach them. I haven’t had to call for any reason for probably 5 years. They have an option for customer service to call you, but you can’t do much while you’re waiting so you don’t miss the call.

GBSame Day Restoration of Service I have been a Simply Bits customer for many years. The cable for our internet service finally succumbed to Tucson weather. Simply Bits technicians came out the same day and restored service. I regard that as excellent support and appreciate the quick repair.

GBSimply Bits came promptly to install… Simply Bits came promptly to install service, technician Donny was thorough, helpful and extremely competent. My system is working well--two computers, two tvs, 2 cell phones and some small devices. We were able to speak to people when we called, to check on progress, etc. In other words, we had service!!! we were not just trying to glean info from an unhelpful machine.
