USCustomer service by the installer was… Customer service by the installer was done efficiently. The installer took his time to ensure that the system worked and that we were able to connect our devices. He spent a lot of time trying to get our lap top computers to connect to the wifi system, but to no avail. It was determined that one computer was outdated and wouldn't connect to the system while the second lap top did finally connect. Our internet speeds have greatly improved over the previous provider who would not correct the exposed phone lines in our back yard after 4 years of negelect.

USSimply Bits came promptly to install… Simply Bits came promptly to install service, technician Donny was thorough, helpful and extremely competent. My system is working well--two computers, two tvs, 2 cell phones and some small devices. We were able to speak to people when we called, to check on progress, etc. In other words, we had service!!! we were not just trying to glean info from an unhelpful machine.

USThe installer found a signal! The installer came out, looked around the property and figured the best place for us to receive the signal. Prior to his visit we had been told we couldn't receive a signal from our location. We had called 3 separate times over the past few years with hopes there was a new tower or a stronger signal we could connect to with Simply Bits. We are really please with the reception we are receiving! The past 14 years with Century Link has been HORRIBLE. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and was considerate of our space. We highly recommend Simply Bits!

USSuzette was EXCELLENT helping to solve… Suzette was EXCELLENT helping to solve issue with TV hookups. She listened to my issue and made a very reasonable suggestion to fix- don't use the same WiFi name ... TVs were stuck on the prior name and password. TV Customer Service didnt suggest that.... THANKS Suzette! Installation went very well.. VERY happy with SP so far !

USAfter waiting for at least 15+ minutes… After waiting for at least 15+ minutes the support person said she could not reset the modem because our router was not Simply Bits. We have trouble setting up our computer and smart TV and was working with Google support because it’s their router. Their suggestion was to have the modem reset. So our internet, except to our iPhone, doesn’t work and we can’t get help from you.
