Customer service was excellent Customer service was immediately available to assist me when I had an issue with my phone. They stuck with me until the issue was resolved. They followed up to see how my set up and first few days went. This was helpful and appreciated. The company seems truely genuine in their desire to offer good service at affordable rates and caring about their customers. Thinking about using them for cell phone service too.

The A Team Yasir M and David W turned up on time and installed fibre quickly, safely and left me happy. This was especially nice as the previous 3 engineers turned up with out a hoist and didn’t sort me out like the A team

SIGNING UP WAS EASY I just signed up for Community Phone for my elderly mother. I spoke with Sammy and he made the sign up experience very simple and explained everything.
