GBThis VPN is 2nd best I ever used This VPN is #2 I ever used. I have it included in my Dashlane Premium subscription and it rocks. The VPN is ultrafast. The customer care is decent. The VPN's security is stable. I wouldn't compare this VPN to NordVPN because NordVPN is better. But Hotspot Shield was my 2nd best option out of all VPNs I tried. I am talking in experience. I am on Hotspot Shield because it is cheaper for me as I have Dashlane. 5/5 STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT

GBMy problem was not with Hotspot Shield I found my problem wasn't actually with Hotspot Shield, but I wasn't sure what to do. A kind & patient associate was able to help anyway by steering me to the help I needed. Now that's true customer service in my book! I'm not computer literate, so this kind of help was appreciated.

ITSubscription Price sneaked up x9 Subscription sneaked up on me from 12.99 to 95.99 very quietly with literally little improvement in fact the connection quality is worse. I am outraged by their unethical business practices. Avoid at all cost. Customer service only replies with passive aggressive not very usefull answers. I am still trying to get confirmation my subscription has indeed been cancelled.

CAGreat customer experience I lost my connection before moving last July. Eight months later I tried to reset my connection but did not have the old email address to reset my password. The Hotspot team patiently guided me through a complete reset without any issues, even by dealing with different people. They were knowledgeable about my situation and solved the issue. Happy life time subscriber.

GBDon't remember any subscription with them but they refunded Don't remember of any subscription with them and they charge my credit card each month. No email or any confirmation for this. Never use this service "Gervie M" - Their customer representative (Technical Support Team). He tells me they don't have any means to call. Waste your time via chatting/email where they are very slow. No availability of Supervisor. IT LOOKS LIKE A SCAM PS: They initiated the refund - updated rating by 2 stars. They should send any email confirmation if there is any charge and should have call support.
