PTOn the ball Great app which is always updating to counter anything other apps do so you can't watch them ie bbc iplayer etc. Also has a massive choice of locations if you just want to stay anonymous. And when you contact them with an issue they are immediately on the case to resolve the problem. Well done hotspot shield!

RUBest support ever I had experienced issues with signing in different devices. The Help Desk was amazing, quick, professional, and kind. Everything resolved. I am very grateful indeed. I have tried few vpn providers. Hotspot Shield is the Best by now in my opinion.

GBHotSpot Shield VPN is a ripoff and… HotSpot Shield VPN is a ripoff and thieves. I signed up for the free trial on Mar 6. Within an hour I cancelled and uninstalled everything (remember the 6th was when Facebook and everything was down for part of the morning). Anyway, they told me they couldn't find my account. Then about a week later I got charged $12.99 on my debit card. I immediately contacted customer service (what a joke!). Again they can't find my account unless I give them a bunch of information. The only thing I'm not going to give them are the first four numbers AND the last four of the debit card. I only provide them with the last four. Do NOT tell me that in this day and age they cannot find my information with all the information I gave them. They put the charge thru, but now can't find it. BULL! I am so frustrated and I told them, that because of the run around I will be posting everywhere what a scam company they are.

GBMy problem was not with Hotspot Shield I found my problem wasn't actually with Hotspot Shield, but I wasn't sure what to do. A kind & patient associate was able to help anyway by steering me to the help I needed. Now that's true customer service in my book! I'm not computer literate, so this kind of help was appreciated.

INFast Speeds, But Only If You're Lucky Have Been A Premium Subscriber For Quite A While Now, And There Has Never Been A Day Where There Isn't An Issue With The Absolutely Awful App. "Can't connect" Should Be Their New Tagline, As That's The Only Thing Frequent About The UX. As A Paid Subscriber, I Expect Full Connectivity 24 Hours A Day, But The Technical Issues Are Inexcusable. I'd Say It Works About 40% Of The Time. Even Though I'm A Premium Subscriber Through Another Service (Dashlane), This Level Of Incompetency Is Wild. Sincerely, Boonu
