USDon't remember any subscription with them but they refunded Don't remember of any subscription with them and they charge my credit card each month. No email or any confirmation for this. Never use this service "Gervie M" - Their customer representative (Technical Support Team). He tells me they don't have any means to call. Waste your time via chatting/email where they are very slow. No availability of Supervisor. IT LOOKS LIKE A SCAM PS: They initiated the refund - updated rating by 2 stars. They should send any email confirmation if there is any charge and should have call support.

USI’ve used this for several years and… I’ve used this for several years and have found that it interferes with other software (QuickBooks for one) and sometimes wreaks havoc on my iPhone. Usually, if I am having any software issues, I look to disable hotspot shield.

USQuickly and competently. I thought, oh know another headache and trial when I was billed for something I already had. From past experience customer support has always been a disaster in most circumstances for me. Hotspot on the other hand gave me immeadiate feedback and quickly got to the source of the problem and solved it. I have never been so happy. In a matter of a couple days rather than weeks my issue was found and corrected. Thank you so much Hotspot Shield.

GBBad Customer Service and automatic bots If the vpn service and the locations works then it is fine, if you ever have to contact customer service after you take the premium to get help on some locations, you will not get a response from them. I have send emails and also through automatic chat bots , it will take your email and name to contact back by an agent which never happens. it is been two week and more and i havent got a single response from the customer service or any agent for that matter.
