GBBad Customer Service and automatic bots If the vpn service and the locations works then it is fine, if you ever have to contact customer service after you take the premium to get help on some locations, you will not get a response from them. I have send emails and also through automatic chat bots , it will take your email and name to contact back by an agent which never happens. it is been two week and more and i havent got a single response from the customer service or any agent for that matter.

CAGreat customer experience I lost my connection before moving last July. Eight months later I tried to reset my connection but did not have the old email address to reset my password. The Hotspot team patiently guided me through a complete reset without any issues, even by dealing with different people. They were knowledgeable about my situation and solved the issue. Happy life time subscriber.

PTOn the ball Great app which is always updating to counter anything other apps do so you can't watch them ie bbc iplayer etc. Also has a massive choice of locations if you just want to stay anonymous. And when you contact them with an issue they are immediately on the case to resolve the problem. Well done hotspot shield!

INFast Speeds, But Only If You're Lucky Have Been A Premium Subscriber For Quite A While Now, And There Has Never Been A Day Where There Isn't An Issue With The Absolutely Awful App. "Can't connect" Should Be Their New Tagline, As That's The Only Thing Frequent About The UX. As A Paid Subscriber, I Expect Full Connectivity 24 Hours A Day, But The Technical Issues Are Inexcusable. I'd Say It Works About 40% Of The Time.
