USArrived with outdated IOS When trying to activate my new to me iPhone 14 I received a message that the was IOS17.2.1, and needed updating to IOS 17.4.1, so I could pair it with my old iPhone SE. Not being very "techy", I didn't know how to download the update. I contacted your Tech Support and was advised to initiate a return, which I've done. It's now in the mail back to your company, with my request to update it's IOS.

USThe galaxy S21 5G, excellent condition The galaxy S21 I ordered was supposed to be in excellent condition, but it had scratches by the back camera. Also, wall plug in was not included in the box. The phone was supposed to be Verizon, but when I turn it on it displayed T-Mobile when I called customer service, they said it is Verizon compatible. I never tried it and decided to return because of scratches.

USI was a little disappointed by the… I was a little disappointed by the amount of battery health. It was at 78%. I thought Gazelle at least provided 80%. when I chatted through the app, they told me just that, but then backtracked and said 75% and said they were mistaken. No discount off of the purchase and no "making the customer happy" mentality. I may look elsewhere, next time I purchase. Joel

USShipping was very poor. Shipping was very poor. It took over twice as long to get the product as advertised. When I called customer service, they were not very helpful. They did not know how to tack it further and just said to wait a week and then file a claim that it was lost in the mail. They did not issue an investigation number or a way to further investigate the items shipping status.
