GBValue, quality and smooth transaction I purchased our second “near new” iPhone 13 from Gazelle. It was flawless. I purchased iPad 9 recently. The overall process and product value has been positive. With this last iPhone purchase, I also traded in a iPhone XR. I assessed it conservatively and upon Gazelle review, I was notified it was in better condition and they increased the offer. I recommend using there services based on value, product availability and transaction execution.

GBNOT AN UNLOCKED PHONE Waited a week for shipping then set up the phone and everything- turns out they didn’t send me an unlocked phone. I don’t understand how I can trust their inspection process when they mix up locked and unlocked phones. There was no discount or any offer for getting the right one and had to spend 30 mins on the phone with customer service just for them to say oops.

GBFound the phone that my friend wanted… Found the phone that my friend wanted and needed for the job that she now has. She is a soldier in the middle east. Based on advice from the people at Gazelle, I learned that the phone could be shipped to an overseas location. Nothing but Good News from the people at Gazelle. GBiPad Air 5 was in beautiful condition iPad Air 5 was in beautiful condition. Delivered quickly. Excellent price. Easy to transfer from old iPad to new. Wish the battery life was a bit better, but Gazelle doesn't promise new batteries. Might be the Logitech Combo Touchpad Keyboard case pulls more from the battery than expected. All around great purchase.
