iPad Air 5 was in beautiful condition iPad Air 5 was in beautiful condition. Delivered quickly. Excellent price. Easy to transfer from old iPad to new. Wish the battery life was a bit better, but Gazelle doesn't promise new batteries. Might be the Logitech Combo Touchpad Keyboard case pulls more from the battery than expected. All around great purchase.

Shipping was very poor. Shipping was very poor. It took over twice as long to get the product as advertised. When I called customer service, they were not very helpful. They did not know how to tack it further and just said to wait a week and then file a claim that it was lost in the mail. They did not issue an investigation number or a way to further investigate the items shipping status.

Merchandise lost, eventually refunded Merchandise lost, eventually refunded. I ordered an iPhone more than three weeks ago. The last tracking message was somewhere on the other side of the country. Apparently it went by way of the Bermuda Triangle. Gazelle did not answer emails about this. I finally got results via the chat.

It was very easy to find iPhone by… It was very easy to find iPhone by number, service provider, and GB size with the filters. Price was reasonable for the one we purchased. A desired color choice is not always available but based on the price one can get a phone protector the suits their style.
