Apparently it went by way of the Bermuda Triangle. Gazelle did not answer emails about this. I finally got results via the chat.

GBArrived with outdated IOS When trying to activate my new to me iPhone 14 I received a message that the was IOS17.2.1, and needed updating to IOS 17.4.1, so I could pair it with my old iPhone SE. Not being very "techy", I didn't know how to download the update. I contacted your Tech Support and was advised to initiate a return, which I've done. It's now in the mail back to your company, with my request to update it's IOS.

GBFound the phone that my friend wanted… Found the phone that my friend wanted and needed for the job that she now has. She is a soldier in the middle east. Based on advice from the people at Gazelle, I learned that the phone could be shipped to an overseas location. Nothing but Good News from the people at Gazelle. I will use them again as the situation warrants.
