GBMerchandise lost, eventually refunded Merchandise lost, eventually refunded. I ordered an iPhone more than three weeks ago. The last tracking message was somewhere on the other side of the country. Apparently it went by way of the Bermuda Triangle. Gazelle did not answer emails about this. I finally got results via the chat.

GBIt was very easy to find iPhone by… It was very easy to find iPhone by number, service provider, and GB size with the filters. Price was reasonable for the one we purchased. A desired color choice is not always available but based on the price one can get a phone protector the suits their style.

GBI was a little disappointed by the… I was a little disappointed by the amount of battery health. It was at 78%. I thought Gazelle at least provided 80%. when I chatted through the app, they told me just that, but then backtracked and said 75% and said they were mistaken. No discount off of the purchase and no "making the customer happy" mentality. I may look elsewhere, next time I purchase. Joel

GBPurchased a used iPhone 15 Pro Max in… Purchased a used iPhone 15 Pro Max in excellent condition. It showed up true to the description. One tiny blemish on one of the camera surrounds, but otherwise pristine. Not damage to the screen, sides, or back glass of the device or the camera glass. Would highly recommend them. Basically a brand new iPhone for $200 less than retail!!!!!!
