USMerchandise lost, eventually refunded Merchandise lost, eventually refunded. I ordered an iPhone more than three weeks ago. The last tracking message was somewhere on the other side of the country. Apparently it went by way of the Bermuda Triangle. Gazelle did not answer emails about this. I finally got results via the chat.

USIt was very straight and upfront It was very straight and upfront, not gonna lie I bought a refurbished phone from another company and not even a year later started having issues with both phones, so I was very very hesitant on even buying this iPhone 11 Pro Max refurbished. Everything looks good and functions good I bought mine in good condition do to it being a much older phone and it met my expectations!
