After bad experiences with other providers in the US we went to Dedicated.com and since we are there everything is okay. Unfortunately there was a 2 days downtime in NYC but this was because of the fire dep caused by issues in the DC. The support is fast and will help you with problems. Sometimes you have to bug them but in the end they will help you. The prices are absolutely fair for the service!

(Updated 2023.07.31) Yes, I confirm Debian 12 is now available on Control Panel and it's very easy to re-load OS with Debian 12. You have my vote.

I have been a data center technician… I have been a data center technician for many years. As a new TrustPilot user, I would remiss if I didn't review some of the companies I have worked on/for. I remember when Dedicated was a 1/2 rack and called LA Dedicated. What they have pulled off in the years since, shows that they have a recipe for success. Few companies know how to build a network properly. Dedicated is one of them.

Dedicated.com are a thumbs up! I've been hosting on and off with dedicated.com for the past 3 years and I have to say, I've never really had any problems. They're good at replying to tickets, the servers are as advertised and there's no horrible packet shaping that can limit your server. Damian is lovely and always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company and I've used a fair number of hosting companies over the intervening decades.
