They started out great They started out great, but has gone drastically down hill. Pros: - Network is stable. - DDoS protection is average. Cons: - Prices are super high. (With extra transaction fees added to each bill) - Panel constantly breaks. - Graphs barely work. - Reinstall often freeze and you need support, whom will barely do their job. - KVM breaks all the time, and need support assistance to work again. - Support is below average. Will not do ANYTHING to help you, if they believe its anything to do with software. - They barely take responsibility for their outdated hardware when faulty. Spending more time to prove its your responsibility, not theirs. - They offer no new hardware options (>2 years old)

They only got one support guy answering… They only got one support guy answering all the questions. I don't care which location the server is, they should have more support reps. You'll get a simple answer the next day because probably the only support rep available is either overloaded with too many tickets or in sleep during off business hours. Not very helpful on urgent situation when you're abroad or on the road with different time zone. Their security is also lacking as there is no firewall for port blocking at the router level. The price may be competitive but you get what you pay for if you don't mind with the challenges of tackling on your own and facing security issues.

Recommended Recently purchased 3x Ryzen 5900X servers from Dedicated.com across 3 separate locations and I have been impressed thus far. I am planning to transition more machines from other providers. Damian from support was helpful with getting my requested OS installed (which was not initially supported in the installer) and everything has been rock solid ever since. Also a big fan of the SynergyCP control panel which I wish more providers used. Overall, highly recommended!

we collocate 4 servers across 2 of… we collocate 4 servers across 2 of there sites. Customer service is excellent, price is very reasonable, had the odd blip, but neither in my opinion were directly the result of dedicated.com's actions or lack of knowledge, there comms during these blips was very good, which is all you can ask during incidents. The control panel synergyCP is very good also and a nice addition to the colo service compared to iDRAC being open to the entire web like with other colo facilities we have used. Connectivity is good and all in I cant really say anything negative. Would recommend for colocation all day long.

Reliable service at reasonable rates Dedicated.com for the most part (within their control) provide reliable dedicated servers at a reasonable rate. Their customer service is A1 when I need to use them I'd like to see online GUI access to change IPv6 reverse entries without having to open a support ticket to get a human to make the change
