Not so bad A good price vs quality for a dedicated servers. Some outages (the last lasted more than 2 days ;) )... but still ok. The support answers quickly during working hours. The answers are not always precise, but in the end with a little patience, you arrive at the result.

I have been a data center technician… I have been a data center technician for many years. As a new TrustPilot user, I would remiss if I didn't review some of the companies I have worked on/for. I remember when Dedicated was a 1/2 rack and called LA Dedicated. What they have pulled off in the years since, shows that they have a recipe for success. Few companies know how to build a network properly. Dedicated is one of them.

They started out great They started out great, but has gone drastically down hill. Pros: - Network is stable. - DDoS protection is average. Cons: - Prices are super high. (With extra transaction fees added to each bill) - Panel constantly breaks. - Graphs barely work. - Reinstall often freeze and you need support, whom will barely do their job. - KVM breaks all the time, and need support assistance to work again. - Support is below average. Will not do ANYTHING to help you, if they believe its anything to do with software. - They barely take responsibility for their outdated hardware when faulty. Spending more time to prove its your responsibility, not theirs. - They offer no new hardware options (>2 years old)

Best Company I've Hosted a Server With I've had web servers with various companies over the last 15+ years and Dedicated is the best. I've been a customer for 2 years and the support and quality of service is excellent. Support is polite and helpful, my server is hardly ever down, and ample warning is given for scheduled maintenance that may affect my server.

A straightforward, smooth experience I've never colocated a server before, but Dedicated.com made the experience straightforward, fast, and easy. I had a bunch of questions before I bought any services and the COO himself answered me right away. Then once I signed up, the staff guided me through the handoff process and they were friendly and accommodating. And the control panel in the members area is just like what you'd find on VPS/cloud hosting (except it's my own box spec'd exactly how I want). Honestly I couldn't be happier and I know if I run into any issues, Dedicated will be there to help. If you have your own server and want at least a 1gbps connection, check them out you won't be disappointed =)
