GBFirst time using an e-sim First time using an e-sim, used Airhub for 4 of us on a trip to Canada. The process was very straightforward and the sims worked perfectly. The only thing to be aware of is that it can take up to 12 hours for the QR codes to arrive. We ordered our sims before a 9 hour flight mine arrived within a couple of hours which meant I had data when I landed, the others arrived on the transfer to resort. Worth bearing in mind if you want this taken care of before you land.

CAI used an Airhub e-sim on a recent 10 day trip through the Seychelles I used an Airhub e-sim on a recent 10 day trip through the Seychelles. Connectivity and speed were both flawless across all 3 islands that we traveled through. Installation was simple. Great value for money

FRRun for the hills Stay away. I bought a Europe unlimited monthly data eSIM, it has worked on and off in the first few days but after a week it has just stopped working. Can’t get any support. I am in France and could really do with the data for translating, planning my trips and ordering cabs. I am annoyed that I wasted $32usd on such crap!

DEconflicting Unfortunately, I have had a mixed experience with AirHub. It was very easy for me to buy an eSIM and I hope to get it activated when I start my journey. My wife also tried to buy an eSIM for an older iPhone model that obviously wasn't set up for eSIM yet. In any case, she was unable to enter an EID. Despite this, the fee for the eSIM was withheld and a refund refused. It is unacceptable that a non-compatible phone should be provided with an eSIM card that is then unusable. I have asked for a refund of the fee and have not yet received a reply. after all, it is advertised on its website with a 100% refund. My wife bought an eSIM for the first time and was therefore still inexperienced.

GBConnection lost both times It was ok. I used airhub in Tunisia and India. Installation was easy both times and the value is good. However, in Tunisia, it worked magnificently for a few days, then fully stopped working even though we were in a big city and I was not even halfway through my data cap. In India, my phone kept losing connection. I had to go to airplane mode and back to regain connectivity. I might use them again, but will always look at alternatives as well.
