FRRun for the hills Stay away. I bought a Europe unlimited monthly data eSIM, it has worked on and off in the first few days but after a week it has just stopped working. Can’t get any support. I am in France and could really do with the data for translating, planning my trips and ordering cabs. I am annoyed that I wasted $32usd on such crap!

IMMy first time using Airhub as usually… My first time using Airhub as usually use Airalo but they didn't have coverage for my destination. 30 USD for 25GB of data was a bargain compared to other providers. No issues installing the eSIM and it just worked when I landed in St Lucia. Fantastic experience and worked well. So glad I went for the larger data package as I chewed quite a bit of mobile data whilst I was there.

GBConnection lost both times It was ok. I used airhub in Tunisia and India. Installation was easy both times and the value is good. However, in Tunisia, it worked magnificently for a few days, then fully stopped working even though we were in a big city and I was not even halfway through my data cap. In India, my phone kept losing connection. I had to go to airplane mode and back to regain connectivity. I might use them again, but will always look at alternatives as well.

GBLate receipt of QR code I did not receive my activation QR code until 4 hours before flight to USA was taking off. Panic stations. We live far away from airport and have to stay in a hotel nearby the night before therefore not receiving QR code until so late was extremely stressful. I needed USA data to book Uber at destination airport because travel agent advised its the way its done these days. Why could the QR code etc. not have been sorted weeks before, I do not like leaving things to the last minute. It was a stressful experience. Too much reliance on one single technology item that can have a dead battery, a malfunction, be dropped, be broken, be stolen, be lost etc, etc, etc.

GBAmazing Customer service! The customer service is amazing. They (Justin and Karlton) were very nice and patient to help me out and they responded me promptly. Sincerely appreciated their assistance.
