GBBought an eSIM for my trip to America… Bought an eSIM for my trip to America that supposedly had unlimited data. I get a text from T Mobile that I've got 12GB instead. I immediately brought it up and was told that I would be issued a new sim once the data has expired. Well, the data has now expired and no new esim in sight. Have wasted a full day of my holiday as I'm unable to travel till this is sorted. AVOID THIS COMPANY

DEconflicting Unfortunately, I have had a mixed experience with AirHub. It was very easy for me to buy an eSIM and I hope to get it activated when I start my journey. My wife also tried to buy an eSIM for an older iPhone model that obviously wasn't set up for eSIM yet. In any case, she was unable to enter an EID. Despite this, the fee for the eSIM was withheld and a refund refused. It is unacceptable that a non-compatible phone should be provided with an eSIM card that is then unusable. I have asked for a refund of the fee and have not yet received a reply. after all, it is advertised on its website with a 100% refund. My wife bought an eSIM for the first time and was therefore still inexperienced.

JP7-day Unlimited plan in Japan Used their unlimited 7-day e-sim in Japan. I have used other esim providers and were almost crap and unusable due to very slow speed. Airhub's e-sim have speed of 18Mbps which is not the fastest maybe but more than enough for my needs. Moreover, it has tethering (mobile hotspot) feature, which other providers don't have. Will definitely order again. Highly recommended.

GBLate receipt of QR code I did not receive my activation QR code until 4 hours before flight to USA was taking off. Panic stations. We live far away from airport and have to stay in a hotel nearby the night before therefore not receiving QR code until so late was extremely stressful. I needed USA data to book Uber at destination airport because travel agent advised its the way its done these days. Why could the QR code etc. not have been sorted weeks before, I do not like leaving things to the last minute. It was a stressful experience. Too much reliance on one single technology item that can have a dead battery, a malfunction, be dropped, be broken, be stolen, be lost etc, etc, etc.

GBdisappointing - data sim didn’t work in USA had a disappointing experience. The e-sim did not provide the data services as promised. I had to purchase another sim card during my trip. Feels like i've been had...
