GBWhile attempting to download an update While attempting to download a much-needed update to my Family Tree Maker program, the download failed. Called Tech Support and spoke with Nova Anderson. I explained that I have difficulties understanding the workings of computers. Nova was able to take control of everything. He efficiently diagnosed my problems, solved the issues, then updated my program for me. He was courteous and knowledgeable concerning Family Tree Maker and all other issues concerning the workings of my computer. Should other problems arise, I will not hesitate to call and ask for Mr. Nova Anderson.
